ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Petr Nakhaychuk
Petr NakhaychukBishop and evangelist

A man by the name of Peter Nakhaychuk was a regular churchgoer who liked to sit on the last bench. Occasionally he would sing in choir and did almost nothing for the kingdom of Jesus Christ. In June of 2004, he received a revelation from God to become involved in spreading the Good News. He took this revelation to his prayer room and started seeking wisdom and understanding of what to do. The vision that he had in his heart for the means of spreading the Gospel did not find a very favorable response from others. But he did not give up, and miraculously Peter met a couple of other brothers who had the same burning desire of serving others. Their mission was to help people stuck in addictions and problems find healing, help, and a personal relationship with Christ.

The first Christ-based rehabilitation center for men originated in Boring, Oregon in July of 2005. It was opened for those who struggle with addictions to alcohol and drugs, and other physical or spiritual struggles. Many have gained freedom, healing, and a personal relationship with Christ through this ministry, and now are reaching out to others who are still suffering in their addictions. In 2009, a rehabilitation center for women was established. After this God lead to open eight more rehabilitation centers in six other states, which includes a center for troubled teens, one more for women, and the rest for man.

Slowly, the establishment of rehabilitation centers lead to a start of a new church in every state. Currently, in the USA there is eight churches and multiple home groups. Our prayers and desire to start work in more states. God did not allow us to stop only with local work. In 2006, the mission felt led to start work in India. Only in 2009 the mission was able to start building the first missionary base and orphanage. In 2011, the doors were open to house children and enroll them in school. In the spring of 2010, a new project was started in Africa and in late 2012 Honduras was the first country in Central America to be opened for missionaries.

Many countries have followed the call and currently the mission is working in 27 countries. The goal is to raise a church and a rehabilitation center or an orphanage in every country. The missionaries work to involve the local people in their ministries with the vision of raising local pastors and leaders to lead the ministries in their communities. There are six working GWP orphanages, six GWP rehabilitation centers and over 26 GWP churches outside of the United States. The plan for 2019 to open five more countries for missionary work.

Another branch of the GWP Association is missionary schools. In 2011, first students entered the four-month long program in preparation to become missionaries. Since then, over 300 students went through the education and many of them served and some still are serving on the missionary fields in the states and mainly outside of USA. The missionary school also offers a summer program for teens, “Youth for Christ”. We are praying for the opportunity to open a couple more branches around the world to provide missionary education to students in their own language.

God Will Provide Association is a community of believers who sincerely love the Lord. It is open to anybody who is willing to stand, intercede and go to the ends of the world with the Good News of Salvation.
